New Era Learning does not provide any certificate of completion or accreditation of any kind. We are not affiliated with any other education providers.
New Era Learning - HU memberships have a no refund policy due to the nature of our digital products. We do not allow customers to "try it out" - all sales are final.
You can cancel your New Era Learning membership at any time by logging to your membership portal at https://hu2.app/manage and changing your preference .
We do not collect personal information beyond the user name and email address you provide. We do not share this information with any third parties. All reasonable practices are in place to ensure confidential storage and handling of personal information. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. We do not have access to your credit card information; this is managed by our payment gateway providers.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT
All members are expected to communicate in a respectful manner at all times. Any conduct that is viewed as unacceptable by management will result in a warning and / or expulsion from the community.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
